Wholesale Customer Policies
Wholesale orders can be placed at market, via your sales rep, or by accessing your wholesale account at www.calamityjanesapparelwholesale.com. This site is password protected and you must have an account to access it. An account invite will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you have on file with us when your order is placed at market or once your wholesale account application has been approved.
NEW ACCOUNT OPENING ORDERS:
• $500 – 3 style minimum
• Open Sizing
• Reorders – reorders and fill-ins, can be ordered in any quantity per style/design, at any time
• REORDER QUALIFICATIONS – To maintain Territory Protection, all accounts must order every 4-6 weeks AND must order items from each new collection that is launched. Accounts must represent our brand with a variety of items from the Calamity Jane’s Apparel Line. A good respresentation is up to the discretions of Calamity Jane’s Apparel.*A GOOD REPRESENTATION DOES NOT INCLUDE PIECES OF ONE’S*
It is important to us, that our wholesale customers are successful with the Calamity Jane’s Apparel line. We do provide territory protection for accounts that are in good standing. To maintain Territory Protection, all accounts must order every 4-6 weeks AND must order items from each new collection that is launched. Accounts must represent our brand with a variety of items from the Calamity Jane’s Apparel Line. A good respresentation is up to the discretions of Calamity Jane’s Apparel.*A GOOD REPRESENTATION DOES NOT INCLUDE PIECES OF 1’S*. Territory protection occurs for the address that is on file with our office. If additional store locations are added, please make sure that the Calamity Jane’s Apparel office has the additional addresses on file. Selling Calamity Jane’s Apparel products in an area that you have not listed on your account can void any future orders/business with our company. CALAMITY JANE’S APPAREL MAINTAINS THE RIGHT TO REVOKE ACCOUNT STATUS & TERRITORY PROTECTION TO ALL ACCOUNTS.
If your business attends “retail shows”, please contact your sales rep or our office at, 405.759.3383 or firstname.lastname@example.org, with a list of the confirmed retail shows that you will be attending with our line. Retail shows are “territory protected” on a first come, first serve basis.
URBAN AREAS: Stores may not be within a 3-mile radius of one another when carrying our line.
RURAL AREAS: Rural territory protection will be decided upon, on a case-by-case basis, when carrying our line.
Locations with less than 1,000 sq. ft. of retail sales floor space, will not be granted exclusive territory. These locations may lose their ability to sell our product, should a traditional “brick and mortar” store be approved in that area.
Website only based businesses are approved on a case-by-case basis.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT:
Calamity Jane’s Apparel does not offer refunds of our products. Store credit is offered in the event a defective item cannot be replaced or a product that has been ordered and is sold out and will not be restocked. Store credit is issued as a gift card that customers will receive via e-mail and can be used on their next or future order. It cannot be used on a current order. Customers must be the one to use and apply any store credits or coupons to an order. Store credits &/or coupons CAN NOT be used or added, after an order has been placed.
PROMOTIONS & SPECIALS:
Customers must be the one to use and apply any coupons, promotions, &/or gift cards to an order. Coupons, promotions, &/or gift cards CAN NOT be used or added, after an order has been placed.
All market specials are per store location. Orders that qualify for market specials are for single shipment dates. Multiple shipment dates and/or multiple locations CAN NOT be combined to receive market specials.
Exchange Due to a Manufacturer’s Defect or Incorrect Shipment: We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and customer service. Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item. An RA label will be issued via e-mail from Calamity Jane’s Apparel to the customer, in order to ship the item back to our warehouse. Once the defective item has been received in our warehouse, the new item will be mailed to you. If a mistake was made on our end, we’ll do our best to expedite the correct items to you!
Damaged goods that are not a result of a manufacturer’s defect will not be eligible for a return or exchange; ex: makeup stains, pet dander, etc.
Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with an alternative. If there is a problem with your exchange, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss and address solutions.
To start a return or an exchange, please follow the link here: DAMAGES/EXCHANGES and submit your information. Once your exchange request has been received and approved, an RA label will be e-mailed to the customer’s e-mail address on file. Please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to receive exchanges, and 5-7 business days for exchanged items to be processed and shipped back to the customer. If a mistake was made on our end, we’ll do our best to expedite the correct items to you!
Shipping and tracking information will be e-mailed to the customer, once their new item is being shipped back to them.
A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to any and all cancelled orders.
SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME:
We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and customer service, and will strive to ship orders out within 5-10 business days.
Backordered items will ship out separately, typically within 7-14 business days of initial shipment. In the event products are no longer available, Calamity Jane’s Apparel will contact you regarding solutions &/or alternative products.
All orders are shipped out, in the order in which we have received them.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for market orders. Specific ship dates will be provided at the time customers place their market order.
Any orders where shipping is billed to recipient, will incur and be charged a 2.5% fee with a minumim of $5 (whichever is greater) for an in office handling fee.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX. If you wish to pay with a check, Calamity Jane’s Apparel must receive the check for the full amount, before an order will be shipped. We offer Net Terms on a case-by-case basis. Any Net Terms account must be approved prior to placing any order. All Net Terms must be paid with a check, cashiers check or money order. A 3% transaction fee will be charged if paid by Credit Card.
ART & DESIGN PROTECTION:
If you know of vendors in our area selling our products, or replicas of our products, please let us know. We work hard hand drawing, creating, designing, and being authentic with our designs, to provide our wholesale customers the very best products to carry in their stores. We do have a legal team who specifically handles all cases of art theft and design. Please let us know if you become aware of art theft in your area.
