Damages will be exchanged for the exact product unless your item is no longer available. All damaged item claims must be submitted to our office within 15 business days of receiving your order.
Calamity Jane’s Apparel does not offer refunds of our products. Store credit is offered in the event a defective item cannot be replaced or a product that has been ordered and is sold out and will not be restocked. Store credit is issued as a gift card that customers will receive via e-mail and can be used on their next or future order. It cannot be used on a current order. Customers must be the one to use and apply any store credits or coupons to an order. Store credits &/or coupons CAN NOT be used or added, after an order has been placed.
We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and customer service. Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item. An RA label will be issued via e-mail from Calamity Jane’s Apparel to the customer, in order to ship the item back to our warehouse. Once the defective item has been received in our warehouse, the new item will be mailed to you. If a mistake was made on our end, we’ll do our best to expedite the correct items to you!
**All holiday designs must be received at least 7 business days prior to the holiday.**
